Jon and his team at Molitor Design and Build were great to work with from the start of the project to the finish and we would highly recommend them. Jon did a great job even though we had just a small job for him. We could not have asked for a more polite, precise, and punctual professional. To be honest, we can be pretty picky about the work done in our home, but Jon NAILED IT!
I wanted new flooring and quartz countertops in my kitchen and family room. Jon gave me great quality choices for both and a great estimate of cost. Once they tore up my old flooring, he discovered that my floors were more uneven than expected. He didn’t want to continue with the job as per the estimate because I would have had more problems with the flooring that would not be even. Jon and his team did an excellent job remodeling our front porch. Jon was always able to answer and address any questions we had along the way. His team was friendly and courteous along with clean. The project followed the timeline we were given in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with the end product. Thank you Jon and team for all your help and we will definitely recommend you to family and friends.
Jon has done several projects for us, all were done very well. Jon and crew added wood boards on the outside of our metal pole barn to protect horses from kicking through metal and getting cut. They dug the soil out in order to have the boards level and trimmed out everything nicely. They took extra time to do the job right. Jon also did a deck repair and several steel foundation post replacements in our crawlspace to our satisfaction. The crew was on time, professional and also friendly.
