Lovely units with beautiful columns, polished concrete floors, and large industrial-style windows—there’s no denying the aesthetic appeal of this place. Unfortunately, living here was a very different experience. Management was consistently disappointing. We frequently saw live cockroaches in the gym, which was both alarming and unacceptable.
