I ordered chicken fingers at 6:20, they told me 30-35 minutes. when I got there they said they needed 2 more minutes, and would bring them to my car. I waited in my car for 50 minutes!!!! No apologies from them, just excuses about the register tape. Never again, Molinaros. I used to be a loyal customer, but every time I order, something is missing or poorly made. Sad because the family is great!
Just wondering if you people ever pick up your phone I’ve called, not lying, 8 times in the past two hours, every 15 minutes and not one person answered, I am trying to make a very large purchase and you just lost out on it and the last 2 hours of customers as well cause NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR PHONE EVER, that’s the golden rule of customer service.
Everytime I call to talk about my order, I get a busy signal on the phone. Everytime. last couple of times I ordered from here, they forgot my drink from my sub combos. also, I ordered an extra blue cheese and paid for it, but didn't receive it. my sub was made wrong. I was very disappointed. you guys were really good over the past several years, but have been super disappointed lately.

Food has gone down hill a lot. Our orders are constantly messed up. The last straw was only getting half the toppings we ordered and we were only given $1.50 credit for next, then after they were closed, we found out that the bottom was burned black. They have lost a loyal long time customer
just was delivered the most under cooked raw chicken molinaro, calamari was undercooked..
Everything they have on the menu is amazing
