Ordered the bruschetta it was drowned in garlic. Called to get a replacement NO GARLIC as it was written on the receipt, and this one with even more garlic. The girl on the phone was completely useless at helping me out cause the first time she was like there is no garlic on them normally but the second time it is now a premade mix and they could make me on that is just cheese onion and tomato. Waited over an hour to get a sheet pizza when it was previously called in. Offered to pay DOUBLE for the extra pepperoni had another pizza delivered without hardly any pepperoni. Called them and was VERY respectful and the OWNER'S wife called my husband a " DICK " and hung up on him at 8:40 pm. Very DISRESPECTFUL for a SMALL business OWNER to act so childish, when the pizza was YOUR mistake! NEVER will SUPPORT your business again!
Business response:
Outright lie! Several people were next to me and I never said that word. The man who picked up the pizza had quite a mouth on him in front of several employees and staff if you want to speak about language.
We just ordered a large and 20 wings, after over an hour of waiting, we got a large and 14 wings. I understand being off by 1 wing, but 6???
Great pizza, loved the sweet sauce! I traveled from New Mexico. I ate at the restaurant earlier this week!
Bought a large cheese and pepperoni Pizza with half green olives and onions. Well the pepperoni were few and two pieces of pizza had not a single piece. Now the onions and green olives, ha, they charged me for it but I sure didn't get but about one quarter small onion and all put back together maybe five olives at most. Very disappointed. And I have ten years experience running a pizzeria so I know what I am talking about when I mentioned the amounts.
Food is normally excellent, this last time we ordered i got the calzone and was very despleased with it, the bottom part of the dough was all soggy. I love the bakery with deliscious Italiam cookies and fantastic bread, a bit on the expensive side but i only make it a treat once in a while because of the high price on the bake goods. Over all . Buonissimo!!!
Worth the drive to Lockport if only for the chicken scampi--but other dishes just as yummy! We're from Michigan and head over to Molinaro's whenever were at Niagara Falls--a few times a summer. Check out their shop next door, too!
