Absolute crooks! I received my unit on march of 2023 and was paying occupancy fees for almost a year until the building was finished. Upon closing the developer added over 15k in additional fees. I would not recommend using this developer at all!

Terrible Company . Delays , unprofessionals , low quality of units . Even if I will have a free unit - answer is NO Stay away from this builder
One star out of 5 (if I change my review to 1 star instead of 5 my review magically disappears?!?!) I live in the Illumina building. I'm surprised how much noise I can hear from all my neighbors. I thought new building techniques would reduce noise between units, but not so, or none were used here. And there is a draft from outside that cannot be closed off or heated (as per building mgmt). I purchased a unit at the Illumina Building as an investment and do I ever regret this decision. I took interim possession of the unit in March 2023.... 9 months later I am still paying the builder $4,000 a month rent because either they cannot occupy the building or register it so I can actually own my unit. If you plan on buying from them add 50-60k to your purchase price and know what you're getting into.
