MOLINA IS NO MORE ITS NOW KNOWN AS SEA-MAR You dont talk to doctors anymore you speak to a call center that has no clue that doctors actually speak to there patients Its A CALL CENTER HELL 9to5 if you're lucky but dial 911 if it's an emergency
I just went and went to the doctor for a physical and the doctor that seen me was really nice and really and answered all my questions. I really appreciate her.
I started going here because it wasn’t SeaMar. Now that they’ve joined my records are messed up I’ve been having a hard time getting medications refilled and I cannot get a message into my pcp. The other day I called in for a tele appointment and spent 45 minutes on hold missing my appointment. I have three chronic conditions. What am I supposed to do with a 15 minute appointment?
Great and thoughtful staff. I felt very cared for. My blood draw was painless and I'm pretty squeamish. Very thoughtful aftercare with Susan. She's a medical detective.
