hello molina healthcare why are you guys not around ? we need medical help !! we need answers
For sometime now their phones don't work nor am able to get my prescriptions ordered
Cici as she calls herself is rude as hell needs to learn customer service cause she's lacking in that department I asked her to repeat herself she breaths heavily into the phone while saying " oh my god " ! The lady needs to get written up or fired she's always rude she is the main one answering the phones & leaving voicemails .
