Do not recommend. I’ve had to file two grievances after multiple phone calls with no resolve on a benefit they don’t want to be accountable for. Had to change programs.
I called to get some info and the women Amanda I spoke with hung up on me as soon as she realized I said I wanted to look into my Medicare before I made any decision. I called back to complain about Amanda and Gavin answered saying he was a supervisor I wanted to complain about Amanda's rudness and then he hung up on me. They cancelled my insurance without notice. Stating I wasn't eligible and would not very the information even after I explained I had already spoken with the government agency and my benefits were intact and never changed. I am livid. I am a cancer survivor who is disabled. How can you stress people and not help them. I did all the leg work and none of this was my fault at all. Beware they do not care. Oh and they denied my Pet Scan last year. A cancer survivor. Ridiculous.

I have made multiple calls(7) to customer service recently concerning a benefit inquiry and a website for network providers. I was hung up on, told there is no public website(required by law), gaslighted and that I would receive a callback 3 separate times. I have yet to get an accurate answer on specific benefits or providers. After the first 4 calls I requested to speak to a supervisor or team leader and went around in circles while they were confrontational with me.
