I was out of town for a funeral. Later to find out that I have flare up’s from PsA (psoriatic arthritis) which I’ve been diagnosed with last week. No thanks to the “social worker” for not calling me and trying to help me better yet leave me from not being closer to home to go to a hospital? WHAT??? Called from a providers office seeking help for a preauthorization for treatment on a patient's claims that are being denied. What a runaround! Hung up on 3 times after being transferred all over the place! Extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. I guess no one there can even transfer a call correctly!
Thank y'all for covering me I love y'all and I read on the benefit's.. I really greatly select you guys over any other choice of plans.. y'all are a amazing healthcare system..
Do not recommend. I’ve had to file two grievances after multiple phone calls with no resolve on a benefit they don’t want to be accountable for. Had to change programs.
I called to get some info and the women Amanda I spoke with hung up on me as soon as she realized I said I wanted to look into my Medicare before I made any decision. I called back to complain about Amanda and Gavin answered saying he was a supervisor I wanted to complain about Amanda's rudness and then he hung up on me. Seriously how are they allowed to treat people so poorly especially with something so sensitive like insurance when people's lives could be on the line.
