The staff is very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, ready to serve without pressure. A spectacular experience to explore the merchandise and gorgeous presentation of historic pieces from 1810 at Black, Starr & Frost. While the Molina side is by appointment only, Black, Starr & Frost is open 6 days a week... entrance through the front Terrace. Mr. Alfredo J. Molina, is a gracious host, well respected in his field and by his loyal accommodating staff. He is charitable and serves/d on over 20 board's to help his community.
I inherited the "Calhoun" that had been in my family for over 50 years. Mr. Molina and his staff personally helped design and create a ring worthy of the diamond. I would give a rating of 10 stars if I could. Ken Smith Honorary Consul of Chile
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Molina's staff. I am surprised to hear anything different. They are always kind and helpful. They even replaced my watch when it stopped working with a brand new model. I am a devoted customer for life.

The entire staff, led by Mr.Molina himself, are incredibly kind and gracious with their time. Their quality, attention to detail, and their history is exceptional. Highly recommended for the serious collector, and also many price ranges of jewelry buyer. Awesome experience!
