The rudest staff we have ever dealt with.. including Dr. Molette..Office manager has a nasty attitude with everyone.. Been left on meds that could cause a fatal heart attack , and she does nothing to try to get me off the meds.. Still in pain.. Dr. Molette said she thought I was only there for the drugs until she actually read my file and looked at all of my MRI's.. I have been a patient here for longer than I want to admit. Granted the Doctor has made attempts to make her personnel less rude, BUT she has a long way more to go. I have pain from an implant yet the good Doctor makes you feel like you are fortunate to have her, BUT folks I just found in the phone book many other Pain Management Groups that I will be contacting ASAP. I am kind of shocked by the negative comments about Dr. Molette. I agree that I have had to wait in the lobby for my appointment much longer than at other doctors' offices. However, I think her staff is friendly and helpful every time I go for a treatment or follow up or call with a question. I have never experienced rudeness by anyone in her office. People go to this doctor because they need help for pain and this office has some very rude personnel who work there, some times including the doctor herself. Their office manager is the rudest and should be fired. She refuses to help patients obtain benefits. Before you think about coming to this office, DON'T, it will be the worst mistake you could ever make. I was made to wait 1 and a half hours for an appointment one time and when I was 4 minutes late to a visit the office personnel was very rude to me. Go figure.

I was referred by a neurologist whom I had seen about tingling in my lower legs and fingers. After the longest wait of my life, she stuck a needle in my back and sent me on my way. Because I didn't remember her nor recieve real treatment from her, my insurance app was denied. Evidently, she remembered me? I went to see this person (I refuse to call her doctor)for pain management & the first thing out of her mouth was "I will not give you pain medicine" I told her I didn't need medicine I had a 3 month supply & due to insurance changes I wanted to meet with her. She had the most arrogant attitude. I was referred to Dr Molette for pain management for Chronic Severe Insterstitial Cystitis and abdominal pain that I've tried just about everything in the world to help relief from. I was very disappointed in this what you call a Doctor!! The only thing she wanted to do was put an Electric Nerve Stimulation device into my spine which I told her that I wouldn't do, I've already had so many adverse problems from everything I've already done. Not at all what a pain management dr should be. Made me feel like a drug seeker instead of someone who genuinely needed help with pain. I saw her three times and out of nowhere she dismisses me, telling me she can no longer treat me. I have a new pain management dr and he is kind and caring, very eager to do what he can to help you deal with your pain. Dr Molette could take lessons from him!

would not give me test results done by her; chose to drop me as a patient with no explation; will not respond to phone calls; stopped me cold-turkey from pain meds she had been prescribing including methadone causing MAJOR withdrawl symptoms not to mention left me hanging in severe pain all with no explanation
