Absolutely worthless. Cost $285 out of pocket with BCBS. Doctor was judgemental and impatient. Refused to renew pain meds I have had for the past six years. Causing your patient further harm is unethical. Stay away.

It's pretty bad when a doctor won't give you a chance to go back and get the medicine that you forgot and then punishes you by not giving you that medicine. Not to mention, she tells you that she doesn't know if she's going to give it to you the next time you come in a month. I don't know what she thinks about driving an hour and a half just to get there. Or she thinks that I'm traveling telepathically. I am 34 yrs old happily married military wife with 3 kids. I have been suffering with lower back pain for 5 yrs but after I had our twin baby girls my pain has gotten 3 times worse. I have been sing my PCP for a while and he has referred me to Dr. Molette but I couldn't get an appt until about a month later after scheduling. PLEASE! FIND SOMEONE ELSE : this office is so unorganized and just people that don't care about patient ESPECIALLY THE ELDERS. I have been coming to this office for about a year. the main one i see is Hannah she is alright and acts like she wants to help. she does listen to you. the out of the BLUE they tell me that i have to see molette. well i see her and she kept acting like she was listening and really concerned. she kept leaving the room and coming back in and asking me question about my date of birth and social securit... read more

The staff don't know how to scheduled where you don't run out of meds. When you call & leave multiple messages you never get a response, so you run out of meds & they never have a sooner appointment. When you express your concern with the dr it's like she don't care. Office manager is very unprofessional. You will have a print out with your appointment &location,they tell you she is at a different location & have to travel to wherever & waste your gas. They are only out for your money & themselves

At first Dr moulette was very helpful then I missed an appt and they wanted there late fee then they let me drive over 20 miles to an appt an cancelled on me one I arrived. Now the neck injection I received is causing great pain and they refuse to see me or five me my meds without me paying the late fee. Even tho they cancelled on me as well. They have no respect for people with small amounts of money and a family to care for even after they have messed me up quite worse than I was before. The staff has been nice for the mos... read more

I have two insurances so I had no co-pay. This was my first visit and I had to wait a long time but it was extremely busy. Staff was very friendly, very helpful. Dr. Molette listened and helped me by giving an injection for bursitis. She was friendly, courteous and professional,and asked relevant questions. As former law enforcement I can say don't go there if you want pain prescriptions instead of help. She is a very smart young woman, and knows her job.

Dr.Molette seems to be very knowledgable concerning the issues with my knee trouble.She has offered other possibilities of what could still be the cause of my knee trouble and has been pro-active in approaching those other avenues.My PCP who referred me to Dr.Molette is a long time friend of mine,so I feel confident in her judgement of this referal.
