If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I spent over $500 on bundles from MoLength that were advertised as “silky, smooth, shiny, and tangle-free.” What I received was the complete opposite. The hair was rough, tangled straight out of the packaging, and my stylist could barely unroll it to even start the install. I still went through with it because I had already paid for the hair and was about to pay another $300 to have it installed.
