I had photos taken of my body to be sent to Dermatologist on my first visit to Molemap. The staff are good and efficient . I didnt realise that they cannot do all procedures for biopsy or nitrogen spray in their clinic. I received a email about a biopsy I have to have on my face, I would have preferred a phone call, more personal and reassuring.

I booked online and then received an email, rather than a phone call, advising that the time I had selected was not available. As the alternative appointment offered was only 30 minutes later, I accepted the change, although I would have appreciated a call to discuss it. On the day of the appointment, I then received a text message just 1 hour before I was due to attend advising that my appointment would need to be cancelled and rescheduled. Went to Molemap essendon. Got excellent service from Cyrelle, she was friendly ,very informative and made me feel very relaxed. Highly recommend.
