Visited 5 years ago for my first consultation and it was excellent. In the past two years of consultations my partner and I felt rushed through our own appointments and ignored about concerning spots. The molemap nurse cleared a spot of concern just with her naked eye, but only on pushing further to get it closely examined was she prepared to view it under the microscope, to which she sent photos forward. Kind staff, warm room and professional timely treatment. The nurse who treated me was amazing and made what whole experience the best it could be.
I will look for another mole map provider from now on. I cannot even phone these people to ask for a simple payment receipt as they do not list local numbers or answer 1800 number
