I really enjoyed this spot the first time I went. I ordered the crab guacamole after seeing images on Google of gorgeous lump grab on top of guac. We got cooked shredded crab that tasted a little grey, fishy and funky, like a tuna salad almost. They also took the pozole and the taquitos off and those were carrying the menu. The last straw was the manager, our waiter for the night, gave us the bill before we asked. The restaurant was half empty and it felt rude.

A fantastic Mexican spot in Palm Desert that offers great pescatarian options. The “pescado of the day” was delicious (achiote yellowtail w garbanzo beans and Tapenade). Their margaritas are all “skinny” and they offer non alcoholic versions. The chips are homemade (fried lil round tortillas). Reasonable pricing, cute, intimate, inviting atmosphere. Food was 'OK'. I understand the struggle restaurants are facing, but absolutely over priced for the quality of the dish. Knowing those struggles the staff needs to double down, they did not. It was NOT busy, but the staff was nowhere to be seen. Cute spot, but I won't be back.
