With the condition its Definitely not for the weak! And or out of shape. Busy work, good pay, benefits, gym tanning bed.. Plenty of room for growth. Not to mention the ridiculous overtime and sweet checks. Settling in. Working with a great crew. Supportive. Transition difficult however worthwhile.
I fell in love with mold injection the first time I saw it; color plastic being melted down and ejected through a tube into different shape molds and allowed to harden before being package for use in production and assembly.
Terrible place to work. Management is terrible and treat the workers even worse.
Good place to work at.
