We had a terrific experience with MI&T. A friend recommended we do this as a matter of precaution, after their neighbor encountered mold issues in their house. The inspector came out on time as scheduled, and did an inspection. He was respectful, thorough, efficient, and he communicated what he was doing to us the whole time. Thankfully it turns out that our house is safe and sound - dry foundation, and no signs of any problems, so now we have peace of mind about it.
