We wanted to do a mold inspection on a home before we dropped the contingencies, and MI&T was able to fit us in for a last minute appointment. He was thorough, checked every nook and corner, and answered all my questions and concerns. He did the air samples, and when the results came back from the lab, he called me to explain everything (thank goodness it was all positive news). He was great to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of advice or inspections for possible mold.
I highly recommend this company. He is very thorough and his report is easy to read. It has photos and very detailed. Superb customer service! I will definitely use their services and will refer them to my colleagues.
