This company was VERY thorough, VERY respectable, easy to talk to, and you can trust them as the inspector carries himself that way. You cannot beat the realibility and assurance of a quality inspection
Our inspector was very thorough, spending over 4 hours on site. He picked up on several things that the average inspector might have missed, such as some rotted fascia board. He also went up into the crawl space of the attic, which required a ladder and some maneuvering, whereas another inspector might have just peered in with a flashlight. He provided a completed report that same evening, and the report very clearly (with pictures, arrows, etc.) Thanks again.
