Mold Inspection & Testing were absolutely incredible. They proactively pointed out critical items that I never would have thought to look for.
MI&T spent several hours inspecting my home. They were extremely thorough and best of all was they were able to answer a host of questions I had during the inspection.
MI&T does a great, thorough job and is very kind. They're also really patient and clear in the manner in which he explains all of the components of the inspection.
Mold Inspection & Testing puts things in laymen terms for someone like me who isn't very knowledgeable about home maintenance. They also offer suggestions on updates that can be made to fix any issues at hand. I would 100% recommend this company!
