I just had a great conversation with Eric over at MI&T. I called in regards to havinga mold inspection and he took the time out of his day to have a lengthy conversation with me.
This company was prepared to spend as much time necessary answering every question that I had and thoroughly explained each finding while we were walking through my building.
While they were able to accommodate our quick request, the inspection was very thorough and not rushed at all. My inspector walked me through the various items he found and made sure to point things out that may have been difficult to see in pictures
This company has showed up at the scheduled time and held a thorough discussion with me regarding this issue and how it could be best addressed. I am very impressed by this inspector punctuality, expertise and honesty.
MI&T is available to answer questions over the phone and does a very good job of putting things in perspective.
