One of our bedrooms had developed a mold problem that was discovered by an independent testing company. After interviewing several remediation companies, I settled on MI&T. The work was excellent and reasonably priced. MI&T advised me throughout the process and took great care in guiding his workers.
They truly care of about the families they see. I am truly impressed with the service we received. The inspection was so thorough including the air samples. The report was very easy to understand. They spent so much time with us. I am so pleased that i was able to find this family company. MI&T has so much knowledge and gave us some great recommendations. Highly recommend!
MI&T arrived not only on-time, but he called ahead of time and offered to come earlier if it worked for me. They were very professional and friendly. We walked around the garage (area in which I needed inspection) and he put my mind to rest. It turns out it was just allergen-mold from the recent rain water that had collected in the garage. He listed several things that we could do to not only get rid of the mold, but to try and keep it come coming back.
