MI&T was very professional, and quite helpful. This being my first time, I had a few questions for my inspecor, and he was able to answer a few things (general maintenance questions) even for items not covered by the inspection.
MI&T did a very thorough inspection so I could ensure I have a clear idea of how many repairs I am going to have to make in my home. Very helpful!

I was very impressed with everything from the scheduling process to how the actual inspection was handled. Since my inspection went very well and there were no problems my inspector spent a lot of time just walking me through the property familiarizing me with everything.
MI&T did a very thorough mold inspection, finding issues that we didn't even think to look for or ask about. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly after we approached them, which is helpful with the negotiations. They also patiently answered all the questions that we had (which was a lot), both about the report and the house itself.
Very thorough and VERY patient with my questions. Addressed all my concerns in a friendly and knowledgable way. Even allowed me to shadow him during the inspection and ask questions as we went. The report answered ALL my questions
