MI&T did a great job drying my bathroom and kitchen that were completely flooded thanks to an overflowing sink. The guys got here 20 min! after placing my call getting right to business, extracting water and moving my stuff to a dry area. They used dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area and really worked around the clock to make sure the entire area it is all dry before leaving. I felt really confident having these guys at my house, from their knowledge and skills. I will recommend them to anyone with a water damage
My experience with their service did not disappoint! I reached someone on the first call and she had me give a brief description of the "mold problem" I thought I had. Upon listening, she assured me that it sounded like the mold I needed to take care of was just an allergen-type mold and not toxic. An appointment was booked for a consultation with MI&T just a few days later. Quite flexible!
Very thorough! They worked around my schedule to have an inspector come out, and I was actually very impressed. The inspector explained what he was doing and was showing me certain tools he was using. They know what they’re doing!!
