The inspector showed up 10 minutes before the appointment which was nice and not running late like other inspectors out there, they were very professional, knowledgeable, very efficient and were able to complete the inspection in few hours.
MI&T's report helped expose some minor issues with my home that would have otherwise not have been discovered for months.
From the beginning they were friendly, reliable, and patient. Eric took a great deal of time to explain what was needed. Everyone was very professional, and they took care of the problem on a really tight schedule.
The inspection was organized and the final report was very detailed! I love how the inspection report included literally everything.
