They were professional, on time, and gave me a great report that I can refer back to. I would highly recommend MI&T if you want the job done right.
Setting up the appointment was easy and they were extremely fast & responsive via email. They took their time and walked us through the whole process and gave some pro tips along the way.
MI&T were super friendly and helpful! I called them multiple times after the inspection to ask a ton of questions and they always picked up or got back to me right away. Great communication and professional.
I could go on and on about what they offer and how bad other inspectors have been, but I'll spare the time and just conclude by noting that any experience with MI&T will most likely be a good one!
