When the inspector came out, not only did he feed my brain with information on mold, how it lives, breathes, and develops BUT he also gave me some general tips on maintenance!
MI&T was very accommodating when it comes to scheduling the appointments and agreed to meet me at my house on a Sunday morning because that's the only time that would work for me. Much appreciated.
The inspector came and did the inspection on a Sunday, which was awesome, and they got it done pretty quickly. Our appointment was scheduled for 2, but they get there early to check things out so we didn't have to wait around as much.
I was very lucky to have MI&T by my side. They're open 7 days a week and had an inspector come meet with me on a Saturday morning. He was highly knowledgeable and personable and did an excellent job sharing and explaining his findings.
My inspector provided me a very detailed report and digs below the surface to find hidden structural damage. MI&T also works 7days a week which makes their services more convenient.
They had an inspector come out to my house, checked the bathroom, and spent almost an hour talking through all of our options. He was patient and answered a lot of questions for us, gave great explanations for why he made specific suggestions, and had really practical advice for how to deal with our issues and what to look for with future problems.
MI&T was super thorough when inspecting my apartment for mold. They explained what he was doing and why he was using certain tools, he even showed me how the thermal camera worked!
Our inspector was very friendly and was able to help me on fairly short notice. He came in, introduced himself and figured out exactly what was wrong
MI&T was excellent, they made sure before, during and after the mold inspection that I was informed continuously. The inspector took me around the house while the inspection was going on telling me the different things that he was looking at and what suggestions he has for fixes or treatment in the future.
