I have no clue about how this inspection thing is supposed to work, but they walked me through every little detail, every corner, and very prompt.
We called this mold inspection company, and they were professional, had an enthusiastic attitude, and gave superb home owners maintenance tips.
The two inspectors that met me at my home to be this morning were extremely friendly, professional and attentive to detail in the condo. They explained everything very clearly, as I don't understand a lot of utility oriented aspects of a house- they were extremely patient with me and were in absolutely no rush.
MI&T is very professional and personable, arrived on time and delivered what he promised. The lab's air quality report is superb - very reliable and informative. My boyfriend and I have used his services in three occasions and we don't have any complaints. He is also a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend his testing services for any air quality, mold or VOC issues or just to find out how healthy the air in your home is.
MI&T has been a stand out inspection company! There is always someone there to speak to and schedule appointments.
We are so appreciative of this company's detail oriented inspections as they certainly saved us from getting ourselves into a big mess.
This company came out and immediately got air samples and proved that there was mold. They brought in the air cleaning machines and took care of the problem. Im so grateful and I couldn't have asked for better!!
They finished early, but was kind enough to wait for us to get off work and head over as quick as we could. When our inspector went over the pictures he showed us the problem spots!
MI&T was very thorough and took the time to explain what they were doing, looking for and why certain things would concern us.
