MI&T impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness. I've never had a mold inspection before, but I felt very good and way more knowledgable about everything towards the end.
MI&T'S inspection was thorough, but they also gave us peace of mind throughout the process when the inspector stated that every house has its flaws.
Perfect inspection, very detailed 49 page inspection report, clear explanation and an awesome job overall. Feel totally satisfied for the money paid.

I shopped around for prices and I found MI&T who not only quoted me a very fair price when I called, but I could tell right away this company had years of experience. After the inspection, our inspector told us we would be able to view the report online which is a plus for us. He was very prompt with the appointment and actually arrived several minutes before the appointment time.
Their comprehensive report was just what I was looking for, and their recommendations for remediation were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend MI&T without any reservations!
