Our washing machine had sprung a leak and flooded our back hallway and family room. We called Mold Buster and they had a team at our house in an hour. They removed the water we couldn’t soak up with our towels, installed a dehumidifier and fans to help dry out our drywall. They were extremely professional, explained what the process would be like, and were very efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. If the need arises in the future we won’t hesitate to call Mold Buster again.
Gave him $500 for air sample tests and I never received the results and he won't return any of my calls. It's been at least a month and a half.
Gave him $700 cash for mold tests he recommended to be done. Said he couldn't give us a receipt right then, it had to be emailed. No receipt, no results & won't return phone calls. Month & a half later, nothing.
