For several years we have driven from Richmond to the destination restaurant Molasses Grill in downtown Halifax as a special treat. Our kids love it too. Food is sublime, service is inviting. Makes us wanna be from here.
Came here during Halifax Restaurant Week. Ordered the sausage, the top sirloin, and had the ice cream for dessert. Everything I ate was absolutely incredible. Will recommend to family and friends at home. Atmosphere is great, waitstaff is professional and knowledgable of the menu items.

Our party of 8 ate at The Molasses Grill and from apps to dessert we were ALL thrilled! Everything was fabulous!!! Highly recommend the chocolate brownie dessert...OMG!!!
