I dined with a very special lady yesterday. We were not aware that you needed a reservation because it was mother's day weekend. We were seated very comfortably. We enjoyed Virginia oysters and soft shell crabs. The service and food was fantastic!

Absolutely amazing!!! The pimento cheese is out of this world, I had the chicken, corn meal crusted, with homemade mashed potatoes and brown mustard gravy! Best food I've ever eaten!!!
I traveled here from Germany and I must say the Food is amazing and so was the staff & chef, however not sure if she was the manager or owner but she was very rude. When we arrived a bit early for our reservation she suggested we needed to leave soon even though it was her staff that gave us the table when our intention was to hang out in the bar until our table was available .. she needs to be more polite and work on her customer service skills.
