these guys showed up quick with no fuss, came out and diagnosed my Audi ASAP, even in the bad weather we had the last couple weeks. My recommendation is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had them do an inspection on a used classic car I wanted to purchase (a 2001 Mercedes SL 500). I am out of state. They provided the report. The report indicated some oil leaks. The report contains an "Exterior" section which notes "a few scratches". I ended up purchasing the car. As soon as it was delivered to me, I noticed that an entire tow piece of the bumper was missing (about 4 or 5 inches long). Just an entire piece was missing. Our power steering went while we were visiting Pittsburgh's from Canada. Will, was able to come out to the hotel and look at the vehicle promptly and was also able to do all the work the following day so we wouldn't have to stay too many extra days. He was friendly, knowledgeable and tried to go through different routes to find us the cheaper option to fix the car. We made it back to Canada in one piece and the vehicle is still running very well. Would highly recommend.
