Dave is a dynamic go-getter! Paid attention to what I really wanted in a place, and when that place was a little out of my reach he went in with decisive negotiation, and we closed on it. But MOST impressive is the day before closing found a huge chimney repair problem and he made all the proper phone calls to HOA very quickly and resolved getting a repair, even throwing in his own money to pay the contractor who was immediately available but higher bid!! He’s a Rockstar and a really nice guy!! Thank you so much!!
