Had a Daikin system installed in December for $10,500. Stopped working in March/April, was eventually told it was a compressor and board in the external unit. After repeated enquiries as to when it was to be fixed, I suggested that they replace the external unit. The office manager said she'd call me the following week and I heard nothing from them.
