Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Dr. Mojan Afzali is Best Dentist!! Dr. Afzali and her staff are professional, experienced, thorough, clean, modern, high tech, caring, and friendly; the best I've ever been to. They inform you of what they're doing, teach you what you need to know, answer questions, and tell you what you need to do differently in a nice and respectful way. I'm not one that dislikes dentists, but I've felt uncomfortable under the hands of many dentists -- not here.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Came in with a mask on, did NOT introduce herself, and started to inspect my son's mouth. The front desk gal came and asked her a question. She paused with her fingers and instrument IN MY SON'S MOUTH and replied to the question. I finally asked her how to say her name and without looking up she said it. I couldn't understand her with the mask on! I have nerve damage in my right ear and usually read lips. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
