Dr. Saad cancelled my mom's appointment because she visited a different doctor for a second opinion on a lump on her clavicle. The cancelled appointment with Dr. Saad was for a follow-up care plan for a complex matter that my mom has been facing. Dr. Saad did not offer to transfer her notes or recommendations to a different doctor nor offer even a moment's time. She simply told her front desk to convey the message that my mom was not welcome back to her practice.
Let me start with Dr Saad IS NOT CARING. Completely the opposite actually. We moved from the UK 18 months ago, so needed to establish care with a Dr. We booked an appointment with Dr Saad as she was the first available Dr to have an appointment available, obviously with the pandemic we were unable to see her face to face for over a year, so we were left having to communicate with her through MyChart in the message section. From the first day I met with Dr. Saad, I knew she listened and was proactive in my healthcare. Everything I have ever discussed with her, she was open to ways of treating me to fit with my needs. I appreciate Dr. Saad and will continue to go to her for my health needs.
