Dr Sperstein is the most caring dr. He really listens to you and what you have to say. He has gotten me through really togh times. His advice is on point. The office staff and Dr treat me like family. The staff is amazing friendly, caring and helpful always.
While Dr Siperstein may be a good doctor, his staff is horrible. Brianna is the worst. She never followed up with my husband after doctor gave his preop clearance to us directly and sent the surgical team a message that my husband had bronchitis. Surgery was cancelled. NO one ever contacted us. We showed up the day of surgery and were told surgery was cancelled due to his bronchitis. We had to start the three-month process all over again.
Been with him for approx 27 years would not even think about going to another Dr. People get mad because of the wait time but he is not your average Dr he listens to everything you have to say weather it's 5 min or 15.... it's well worth the wait! Very thorough in all he does so if your looking for a dr who has your best interest he is rhe one.
I have been a patient for 10 years and Dr. Siperstein and his staff are great to work with. He takes his time with patients and explains things well. His staff is really helpful and professional
Great doctor, knowledgeable, takes time to see patients and go over all issues and questions. Staff, on the other hand, is awful. Most of them are rude and unwilling to assist. It's a shame, they could make this practice to lose patients. I could be one of them pretty soon, after more than 10 years of seeing Dr.Siperstein.
Dr. Simperstein was fine, but most of the staff are not friendly, they don’t even recognize you when you get in, there’s only one girl in the group of Medical Assistants that is friendly, but the others, are no helpful, and with that attitude, the doctor is going to lose patients.
Dangerously bad doctor and horrific staff. This is no joke. Dr. Siperstein should lose his license. There are plenty of good doctors out there. Stay away from this one.
Dr siperstein has given me and my husband excellant care his recommendations have been right on!
Where do I start. First I waited an hour and a half after my set appointment to get in, then waited longer for the doctor. The doctor was condescending and had the bedside manner of a stump. This was my first and LAST appointment with the doctor and the charge was well over $400.00 for the first visit. After the visit was over he took me to the desk and left-no thank you, nice to meet you, see you again, If I could have rated him a zero I would have. I do not recommend this doctor to ANYONE!!!
