Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Yes, they respected my views and opinions If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
