We were very happy with the Dr. We had a telephone appointment and he was very helpful and would contact him in the future if we need further medical care.
Over the past 4+ years, I have suffered terribly from a neurological deficit. I have had 14 surgeries attempting to correct the problems. Those surgeries have yielded mixed results. I've had 10 procedures with Dr. Lustgarten and he has ALWAYS provided pain relief. He communicates briefly prior to procedure but his team is knowledgeable, supportive and communicates any of my concerns to the Dr. which he will then address with you. I have trusted him since 2015, my 1st visit.

Charging me for services he never performed. I have the best insurance and he failed to pay his dues to be in the system so blue cross blue shield did not pay him for the visit either. Had an appointment to get a back procedure at Baptist Hospital with him. I went to his office and filled out the necessary paperwork and provided them with proof of id and my blue cross insurance card. My experience with Dr. Lustgarten and his staff has been fantastic since day one. Timeliness is very important to Dr. Lustgarten, so it is rare that there is any delay starting a procedure. In fact, I had one done at Baptist Hospital yesterday, and he started it at exactly the time it was scheduled. Today, I feel like a new man. He and his staff get 5 stars in my rating.
