Such a wonderful team. My son is always excited to see his clinicians. Wonderful management team working so hard to provide an open, safe and supportive environment for the participants. So nice to find a safe space, and wonderful team to support our family. Thanks guys!
I have felt supported and genuinely feel well cared for at Moi Clinic. Also the renovations have made such an improvement to the space.

So disorganised it's mind boggling. To start, I enquired about the "teen drop in". The person who called me, clearly a go-between, couldn't answer my questions and took 3 phone calls as they had to "check". Our first appt with health professional, we were given incorrect info on appt length, cost and profession/speciality. From then on it has been incorrect info given, info not sent, lack of clarity around costs, random invoices for unknown activities within the office (clarified once queried), invoiced for items in new poli... read more
