Moi Clinic have been our therapy home for nearly five years now, and they have made a huge difference for us in our parenting journey. The clinicians have shown so much care for our children and for us as a family unit. They have helped us to navigate NDIS confusion and hurdles as well as multiple layers of diagnoses, and now support our children with school visits as well as in clinic sessions. We are forever grateful to all the clinicians and the wider team who have supported us over the years - thank you!
Really happy with the support from Moi Clinic. Took my kid in for a few sessions and the whole team were lovely — very down to earth and easy to talk to. They made the whole process feel relaxed and not intimidating at all. Big difference compared to other places!!! Highly recommend.
Such a wonderful team. My son is always excited to see his clinicians. Wonderful management team working so hard to provide an open, safe and supportive environment for the participants. So nice to find a safe space, and wonderful team to support our family. Thanks guys!
The reception team and people at Moi Clinic are really helpful and kind. I always have a pleasant experience when I’m there as I feel very supported and encouraged. It’s exactly what you would want stepping into an environment of that kind. Always leave with a smile on my face ☺️
Total waste of time. After multiple sessions OT did not even have any plan to achieve any goals for my son. Clinician asked the parents what should be done in the upcoming sessions! Psych also useless did not communicate any goals, or what was being worked on. I now have a proper OT who provides session plans, goals, reports, all referenced back to the supporting tools.
