So disorganised it's mind boggling. To start, I enquired about the "teen drop in". The person who called me, clearly a go-between, couldn't answer my questions and took 3 phone calls as they had to "check". Our first appt with health professional, we were given incorrect info on appt length, cost and profession/speciality. From then on it has been incorrect info given, info not sent, lack of clarity around costs, random invoices for unknown activities within the office (clarified once queried), invoiced for items in new poli... read more

On a waitlist for over 12 months to help our son who is AuDHD and needs help with communicating. Without seeing him, and based on some arbitrary questions over the phone, they told us he would be better served by a psychologist. Our psychologist and paediatrician told us he needs speech therapy!!! Complete waste of time.

Truely neuro affirming and welcoming. The Spaces are inviting and happy. Child led play has been amazing for my autistic and PDA child and it’s been so wonderful to have clinicians who genuinely care.

My experience was not good at all. They wer not planned, and after 11 sessions of speech therapym nobody knew which direction we are heading or what plan/golas we are trying to follow and achieve.
