To be fair….i was 15 minutes late because I had my appointment time screwed up. I got there at 12pm. Being seen before. They took me back after maybe a 5 minute wait. Then I sat in the room until 1:35pm with no communication, no hey we are sorry he is running behind. I finally asked and they told me just a couple of minutes. I gave until 1:40pm and left. No we are sorry. No please he will be right there. No Nothing! I left and will not be back! Leaving someone in a room for over an hour and a half is ridiculous! Especially w... read more
I was told I had to see a hematologist so I chose to see Dr Mohtaseb, I didn't know anything about him so I was nervous, my first visit was with Dr Rachel Pink, she asked questions and ordered a lot of tests, my next visit was with the doctor, he explained my condition to me and made suggestions on a medication that would work along with other medications I already took, another visit with Rachel Pink where she explained how the medication worked.
