After my doctor retired, I was so lucky to have found Dr Anderson. I have had two visits so far but am very impressed. She has been on time and answered all my questions.I also really like her communication method. Very fast and easy.
The staff does not communicate well. She is great when you actually get to see her, but very difficult to book an appointment and is never on time. There was a misunderstanding during my first virtual visit where timing was not discussed and when I was upset and explaining that I had waited 30 minutes for someone to log on and was not informed until calling that virtual visits aren’t actually at the time you schedule them she became very rude about how “I don’t understand the problem, I don’t always run on time in the office... read more
My family absolutely loves Dr. Wheeler. My entire family has her as our l doctor. She has cared for my 5 year old son since birth. She always takes the time to understand what is going on and talks to you like you matter! I live about 45 min away from her office but I refuse to even consider going somewhere else. She is worth the drive.
