Dr. Wallace is an ultimate professional and explained everything thoroughly. I had a great experience with him and his nurse Jessica. My experience was very positive, and I am pleased to report no pain afterwards the following day.
I just wanted to share the fact that Dr. Wallace and staff are GREAT TO WORK WITH. Today was the second experience I've had with them in the last 2 years. They make you feel comfortable and at ease while under their care. Today, as 2 years ago, I felt FAR LESS pain there than at my local Dentist office. SUPPER JOB Doc and staff !!!! It's difficult to say "all good" considering what you're going in to the Mohs Center of Richmond Dermatology for. However, despite the reason, I feel it is as good as it gets. The staff was considerate and very polite, as well as efficient. Dr. Wallace has excellent bedside manner (even though you're not really in a bed). He took the time to explain the procedure as well as delineate the area for excision. He takes a picture of his delineation, then shares it with you on a tablet.
