William **** solicited my in laws late February 2017 to remove a tree in their yard, they recommended him to us a tree removal we needed for a yard project related to drainage issues. He removed the tree for my in laws but didn't finish the job. He was supposed to go back and remove the stump. Unfortunately he was paid in full on good faith.
