Poor bed site manners. Didn’t even touch me. His Eval was based on MRI and his PA’s physical exam. It’s an embarrassment for a doctor , in this age, not to touch a patient.
Dr. Gilotra's level of expertise and surgical skills far exceeded my expectation. With kindness and compassion, he walked me through both of my shoulder surgeries. This was my wife Kathryn's initial appointment with Dr Gilotra to confirm a diagnosis of a torn rotator cuff in her right shoulder, which was caused by a fall while on vacation in Italy. She also suffered a head injury, and bleed. Dr Gilotra was very gentle during her physical exam, and in a soft voiced confirmed the tear, and then presented the pros, and the cons, of performing surgery. As they say his "bedside manner" was perfect, and very professional, which gave us both confidence in his ability to perform the surgery.
