Dr. Gilotra's level of expertise and surgical skills far exceeded my expectation. With kindness and compassion, he walked me through both of my shoulder surgeries. This was my wife Kathryn's initial appointment with Dr Gilotra to confirm a diagnosis of a torn rotator cuff in her right shoulder, which was caused by a fall while on vacation in Italy. She also suffered a head injury, and bleed. Dr Gilotra was very gentle during her physical exam, and in a soft voiced confirmed the tear, and then presented the pros, and the cons, of performing surgery. As they say his "bedside manner" was perfect, and very professional, which gave us both confidence in his ability to perform the surgery.
I had surgery on the outside of my elbow and was having issues from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where My elbow on rotation was dislocating in and out of place Dr.Gilotra performed a procedure to where he used some tissue from a cadaver donor and fused it with muscles and ligaments in and around the elbow to ensure solidarity and little to no dislocation and he did just that I was eager to get back to working out and living my active lifestyle and through patience and time and Doctor Gilotra’s good care I was able to get back to that... read more
