সত্য কথা হলো, সবাই প্রথম প্রথম বড় ভাল ব্যবহার করে, এরপর একটু নাম কামিয়ে ফেললে আসল চেহারা বেড়িয়ে আসে। এই ডাক্তার আর তার চেম্বারের সবার আসল চেহারা অলরেডি বেরিয়ে আসছে। তাই নতুন কেউ এদের এখানে আসার আগে একটু ভেবে আসবেন। এখানে ডাক্তার থেকে শুরু করে, তার এসিস্ট্যান্টস, সবাই উচ্চমার্গীয় মানবসন্তান। এদের মাটিতে তো পা পড়েই না, মুখের ভাষা আর ব্যবহারের জাত চিনিয়ে দেয়। ইউটিউবে সুন্দর কথা বলে আর তা সারাদিন অফিসে চালিয়ে সস্তা ভিউ হয়তো কাউন্ট করা যায়, তবে মানুষ হওয়া যায় না।
