I have been under the care of Dr. Del Toro Diaz for more than 12 years, ever since I moved to Bakersfield. She is personable, attentive, and respectful, and I appreciate that she never pressures me into treatment options. The wait time is reasonable, and I consistently feel that she provides quality care.
Dr. Del Toro-Diaz is wonderful! Takes time to listen and seems to truly care about the well-being of her patients. My experiences with the office have all been positive. I’ve never had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time for my appointments, even with all the COVID restrictions and precautions.
Very unorganized. Does not communicate with their patients when they are running late. I would give zero starts at this point
