Mohave Eye Center is only there to collect money, they have no respect for their clients and their financial status. They schedule unnecessary appointments and then bill multiple times. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE!!!!! Only after your hard earned money.

Beware of what you sign at this center. Small print that states you have 90 days for returns or exchanges!! I paid almost $300 for a pair of glasses that I can’t wear!! Due to an injury I was unable to return to center, the 90 days expired ; they wanted me to pay another $300!! NOT!!!! Just beware, optical Dept needs refresher course on customer service and communication. Never will return to this center and will report them to VSP.
Worst front desk clerks ever!! The woman insisted I have no insurance coverage even though I have been here before. Long waits, and expensive glasses! Go to Wal Mart instead.
I made an appointment last week 7/22/16, to be seen the following Friday 7/29/16 at 1 o'clock. First question I asked was "are you open on Friday?" I was told yes and that 1 o'clock would be a good time. When I showed up, the office was closed. the sign said " closes at noon on Friday." Why would they agree to schedule me at that time when they are not open? I am not happy and consider this to be f***tard way of doing business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I was taught if I can't say anything nice , don't say anything at all.
I just went here for the first time. It was amazing. I moved here in 2002 & got my first glasses in 2004. NEVER have I had my glasses be right. I have been to 4 different eye drs here & not one had ever gotten my prescription correct. Never were they right!! This place had a computer that took pictures of my eyes & I got an eye ultrasound. The dr showed me the pictures, explained what he was looking for & showed me what mine looked like. He explained everything so well. He was so nice & he was fun with my daughter.
