Was this provider's office too loud? Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
